1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service without any charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service may attract a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

  • If a service is not delivered as booked, you may request a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on our service quality and issue reported.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the service has already been started or completed.

  • If cancellation is made after the professional has arrived at your location.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking without extra charges if requested at least 2 hours in advance.

5. Changes to Policy
Unique Maintenance reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
