Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service may attract a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds

If a service is not delivered as booked, you may request a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on our service quality and issue reported.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

If the service has already been started or completed.

If cancellation is made after the professional has arrived at your location.
4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking without extra charges if requested at least 2 hours in advance.
